For over ten years, I have offered courses in International Cooking to Mexican cooks. Almost 70% of the students return to learn new recipes and to expand their repertoire of recipes. Because both the patrons who send their cooks and the cooks themselves like to see photos of what we do in class, I have started regularly posting photos from our classes.
