Moroccan Tea Glasses and Some Cheesecake to Fill Them

I recently returned from leading a group of seven wonderful women on a three-week tour of Morocco. Every time I visit what has become almost a second home to me, I return with a few treasures...and a thousand photos that tell a tale far better than my mere words.
A few hand-painted Moroccan tea glasses, designed for serving the national drink: Mint with Green Tea.
And for me ...what do I do when I run out of green tea? I make Individual Mojito Cheesecakes...because who wants good mint to go to waste?
